1. Definitions

“You” means the individual or entity using the Service. “Service” means our websites, forms, optional accounts/dashboard, chat widgets, and related online materials. “Content” means text, files, or other materials you submit.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, or harassing purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Do not misuse forms (spam, malware, or deceptive submissions).
• You are responsible for Content you submit and for keeping account credentials secure.

Activities under your account credentials are treated as performed by you. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Client projects & content

For delivery of custom software, design, or related professional services, scope, fees, IP ownership, warranties, and SLAs are defined in the applicable client contract—not solely by these website Terms.

You are responsible for project Content you provide (including that it does not infringe third-party rights). You agree to indemnify UXCentury against claims arising from Content you supply, except to the extent caused by our breach of a written agreement.

4. Accounts

If you create an account, provide accurate information and keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

5. Intellectual property

The Service’s branding, design, text, and software (excluding your Content and third-party materials) are owned by UXCentury or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or written permission. Blog and marketing materials are for information; they are not legal, financial, or technical advice for your specific situation.

6. Privacy & cookies

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where GDPR applies to processing we perform for you as a processor, see our DPA.

7. Third-party links & tools

The Service may link to or embed third-party sites and tools (for example maps, chat, or analytics). We do not control their content or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

8. Availability

We aim for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the marketing site or optional online tools. Scheduled maintenance and outages may occur.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT REGARDING THE PUBLIC WEBSITE AND GENERAL INFORMATION ON IT.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UXCentury is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability related to the public website under these Terms is limited to one hundred (100) USD, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Client project liability is governed by the applicable client contract.

11. Termination

We may suspend or stop providing access to the Service, including for Terms violations. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Yerevan, Armenia have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer or other law requires otherwise, or a client contract specifies a different forum.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
