1. Scope

This policy covers our public website, consulting and contact forms, optional account areas, live chat (where enabled), and communications we send about our software development services. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or client products we build under separate contracts (those are governed by the relevant client agreement and DPA).

2. Data we collect

• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, company, role, and message content when you submit consulting, contact, or community forms.
• Technical & usage: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, referrer, and timestamps.
• Cookies & similar tech: necessary cookies for site operation; analytics cookies only if you consent (see our Cookie Policy).
• Support chat: messages and metadata if you use Tawk.to chat on our site.
• Account data: if you create a dashboard account, credentials and profile details needed to operate that account.

3. Why we use your data

• Respond to sales and consulting requests and provide our services
• Operate, secure, and improve the website
• Measure traffic and UX (Google Analytics, Hotjar) when you accept analytics cookies
• Provide optional live chat support
• Comply with legal obligations and defend our rights
• Send service-related messages you request; marketing only where permitted

Legal bases (where GDPR/EEA rules apply) may include: contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interests (secure site, B2B sales follow-up, product improvement), consent (non-essential cookies / analytics), and legal obligation.

4. Cookies & analytics

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Hotjar) are enabled by default. You can decline them anytime via the cookie banner (“Necessary only”) or Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.

5. Sharing & processors

We use trusted providers to host and operate the site (for example analytics, chat, email, and infrastructure). See our Sub-processors list. We do not sell your personal data. If you are subject to GDPR and we process personal data on your behalf as a processor, our Data Processing Addendum may apply.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Armenia or the EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers (such as standard contractual clauses) or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry and sales records as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records (typically up to several years unless a shorter period applies). Analytics data follows the retention settings of those tools. Cookie consent choices are stored in your browser until you clear site data or renew consent.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw cookie consent. To exercise rights, email [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority where applicable.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please use strong unique passwords for any accounts and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Our site and services are directed to businesses and professionals, not children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site.
